REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returned merchandise for either an exchange, refund or gift voucher within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided:

  • Original proof of purchase is provided in all instances.
  • You will be refunded using the same tender type as your original purchase, or with a ‘Wecke & Voigts For You’ gift voucher.
  • All non-defective merchandise is in its original condition i.e. not used, has all labels attached and is re-saleable.
  • No damaged or opened packaging or goods will be accepted for refund/exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, no refunds/exchanges will be accepted on any Beauty, Skincare, Bath & Body or Fragrance products which have been opened.
  • No refunds/exchanges will be accepted on any sale, promotion or marked down items.

Defective Products/Allergic Reactions

  • Subject to the provisions of Clause 1 above, goods may be returned when defective, damaged or cause a sensitive or allergic reaction.
  • Such goods need to be returned within 3 (three) months of purchase.
  • In cases where the return is due to alleged sensitivity or allergic reaction, you must include an explanation and pictures of the sensitivity.
  • These products may not have been damaged, tampered with, altered, repaired, added to, or defective as a result of any negligence or not following care instructions.
